DAFWA The Department of Agriculture and Food assists the State's Agriculture, Food and Fibre sector to be sustainable and profitable, with a clear focus on export-led growth. The Department enhances the international competitiveness of the State's agribusiness by working with them to meet the increasingly demanding standards for safety and quality of food and fibre products produced in an environmentally sustainable way. www.agric.wa.gov.au
DAFWA is a key partner in MIG’s R&D program. They are involved from the initial trial planning phase, right through to implementation, monitoring and final analysis. MIG is extremely fortunate to have the Department’s wealth of experience and technology at such close proximity, as both parties have similar visions for R&D.
CSIROThe Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation, is Australia's national science agency and one of the largest and most diverse research agencies in the world. www.csiro.com.au CSIRO has been extensively involved with MIG through projects such as:

GRDCThe Grains Research & Development Corporation is one of the world's leading grains research organisations, responsible for planning, investing and overseeing research and development, delivering improvements in production, sustainability and profitability across the Australian grains industry. www.grdc.com.au GRDC have been extensively involved in MIG through projects such as:

NACCThe Northern Agricultural Catchments Council is a non-profit organisation owned and directed by the people of the Northern Agricultural Region. The region covers an area of more than 7.5 million hectares, from Kalbarri in the north to Gingin in the south to the edge of farming country in the east. NACC manages natural resources in the region in partnership with local communities, and the three tiers of government, providing leadership, advice and on-ground support for natural resource management issues and projects. www.nacc.com.au NACC have been extensively involved in MIG through projects such as:

NHT
The Natural Heritage Trust was set up by the Australian Government in 1997 to help restore and conserve Australia's environment and natural resources. MWDCThe Mid West Development Commission is a Western Australian statutory authority whose main aim is to encourage and promote the sustainable development of Western Australia's Mid West region.
